Purchase limits

If you’d like to purchase any of our books online, there is a maximum of 10 books per order (contact us for larger orders), or visit one of our retailers.

We do not currently accept international orders.

All our products are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD). We have also displayed the retail price (GST inclusive) for each product. Bisseltoe Press reserves the right to alter any prices without notice.

Refund Policy

Please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds for over ordering, incorrect ordering or a simple change of mind.

Bisseltoe Press is committed to providing quality goods to our customers. However if you do receive a product that is damaged we must receive your written claim, plus a photo of the damaged goods, within 5 days of your receipt of the product. You must contact Bisseltoe Press by e-mail using the email address above and obtain return instructions.

Please contact us if you need to return any goods. Returns need to be authorised by Bisseltoe Press before goods are sent back. We will give you instructions on how to return goods once the return is authorised.

Incorrect Supply Of Order

If due to an error on the part of Bisseltoe Press you receive a product which does not conform to its order, you must contact Bisseltoe Press within 7 days of receipt of the product and may purchase a replacement product from the website, after returning the original product to Bisseltoe Press, provided that the returned product is in new condition.

Shipping Policy

Shipping & Delivery

Once payment has been successfully received your order will take approximately 5-8 business days when ordered in Australia.

Shipping times apply to orders after they are despatched. They do not apply to your order between ordering and despatch. Production and packing times are not included in estimated shipping time.

Please allow 2 working days for despatch (if you order after 5pm, the order is counted as arriving at 9am the next morning. Weekends are not counted as working days).

Whilst most domestic orders are received within 3-5 days, please allow up to 8 business days for standard delivery, depending upon the time of purchase and your delivery address.

Please note: All orders are sent from Western Australia. During holiday periods, delivery may take longer than the estimated timeframes above. If you live in remote rural areas, you may need to allow a few extra days for postage.

Bisseltoe Press accepts no responsibility for goods damaged as a result of neglect or poor storage including direct sunlight, dampness, heat, spillages and undue care once the order has been collected and released to you as the customer.

Bisseltoe Press do not currently accept international orders.
